What if my item/package arrives damaged?

Take a picture of the damage. Then please email us at service@melipron.com immediately and attach the photos.

Please remember to describe to us what happened. Please include your name, order number, purchase item and order time. It' very important to us.

We will contact you directly with the next steps.

DO NOT throw away the boxes or packaging materials, otherwise, your claim will not be honored by the shipping company.

What is the warranty on my purchase?

You have 30 days to return an item to us in its original condition. Any modifications or alterations to the product will void the original warranty. We are not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damages, during delivery. Please be patient as we have to claim the damage with the shipping courier and send you the parts or replacement.
